Our Confidential Client Lists and Warranty Validation Lists are private and have never been, nor will they ever be, shared with or sold to anyone for any reason. You will only receive information from us for as long as you request it. This information is solely for use within the Tri-Cord Tool Company. If you request information from us on materials, sources, or products from any of our affiliates, only their information will be sent directly to you for you to use at your discretion. Your information is never sent to anyone. Our permenant records are on computers with no modems or "on-line" access of any kind. We have been true to this policy for over twenty years now.

We appreciate your trust and faith in us. They are our most valuable assets.

Warning: If you are a company, or an agent of, trying to acquire or purchase such private information, do not contact us. We will not respond to your requests and we will file written complaints to the Better Business Bureau and/or Attorney General in your respective areas for "unethical business practices" and/or "privacy act(s) violations" wherever possible.

A Special Note: Tri-Cord Tools are manufactured only the United States with US Labor and Materials. We do not manufacture the Tri-Cord Knotter® in Pakistan, Iran, China or any other country outside of the United States. Please note that we will not repair or return these devices if sent in to us, as they may be infringements upon our US Patents, Copyrights and/or Trademarks, and we are in no way responsible for their quality, repair or return.

Since it was the first of its kind, "Tri-Cord Knotter" is nearly a universal name today. You have probably noticed a few imported copies or our products that actually incorporate our name "TriCord" or "TriCord Knotter" in describing these devices. Although we are very flattered and appreciate the recognition, it can be confusing to consumers. AND IS ALSO A TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT UNDER U.S. LAW.

Please be sure to ask your suppliers if they are representing Genuine Tri-Cord Products on not. Tri-Cord Knotters have a unique feel and look and you can easily tell the difference. Especially in performance - the most important area of all. You have the right to know the country of origin of anything you buy. If you are not sure, please contact us. We have a list of the importers that falsely use our name in advertising bead knotters and can tell you which ones handle Genuine U.S. Made Tri-Cord Knotters.

The Tri-Cord Professional Knotting Tool®, Tri-Cord Tin-Cup Knotter® and the Tri-Cord Auto Knotter® come with a full 12 Month warranty covering materials and manufacturing. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any of these products that has any defect in materials or workmanship. Stainless Steel and Commercial Knotters are warranted for 3 full years. Please be sure to send in your warranty card as soon as you open your new TriCord Tool Product. You may also "e-mail" in your warranty by entering all information on the actual warranty card into our "Contact Us" page on this web-site. We will issue you an e-mail of warranty confirmation/receipt.

We will do our best to repair any Tri-Cord Knotter, regardless of its age, if at all possible, and quote charges, if any, before starting any work. If Tri-Cord Tool is still under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge. Remember to fill out and return your Warranty Card as soon as you've purchased your new Tri-Cord Knotting Product to validate warranty. Most of our Knotters are still in service after over twenty years of constant use. And our Customers tell us so. Our Quality Control depends on it. With reasonable care, Tri-Cord Knotting Tools will last for many years. If repairs are needed, we are here to help keep your business up and running. Our service is second to none.
